Alresford 10k Road Race and Fun Runs

Watercress for every runner!

The Watercress Company are giving us 500 bags of watercress superfood for all our runners.

And Bananas!

Once again, Fyffes are giving us bananas to keep everyone healthy.

The event is ideal for families, new runners and seasoned club runners

The course is varied enough to be interesting, quick enough to be exciting

A relaxed atmosphere so everyone can enjoy a great morning of running

The bi-annual Alresford Pigs Duck Race is in the afternoon, so why not spend a day in Alresford?

Run in the morning, have lunch in one of the many places to eat and race ducks in the afternoon.

We've noticed that there seems to be a problem with the online entries at Runners World - we're investigating (25 May)

The format will be the same as before, with the park Fun Runs preceeding the 10k at 10 o'clock and the 4k Fun Run joining up with the 10k at 8k.

Where does the money go?

The event costs over £1500 to stage. Everything we receive over and above this figure goes to charity. Everyone involved gives their time voluntarily.

Money raised from the Fun Runs goes to Sun Hill Junior School.
